Customer Service Course

Food Safety Level 1 &2

Anyone working with food in the retail world must by law have a Food Safety Certification. This is based on the HACCP system here in Ireland. Level 1&2 cover the core/introductory skills and additional skills required by anyone selling or preparing food for sale. We train to the very highest standard possible and supply all the information an individual needs to work legally and competently in Ireland's food industry.This certificate is a huge benefit to anyone looking for a job in food retail. Course 1 day with Tea/Coffee/ Lunch break. Suitable for: Any one working in the food retail or catering/ supply industries.

Food Safety for Managers Level 3

Legally, all food businesses must have a HACCP system in place, and also a management system to monitor it's effectiveness and hold the system accountable. Level 3 if for anyone who is in the position of having to manage the Food Safety of their company. This includes managers, owners, deli managers etc. Level 1&2 are required firstly. Having the 3 levels increases a job seekers chance of a managerial role in a food business.Course 2 Day, with Tea/ Coffee/ Lunch both days. Suitable for: Food Safety Managers responsible for the management of a HACCP system.
